... at this holiday time ..you simply cannot purchase a puppy for several hundred dollars over the internet. what you will become is a victim of internet fraud, where unscupulous overseas operators advertise through the internet.

If you are going to purchase a puppy or any pet over the internet, simply ask for the health and vaccination papers in advance of sending money by wire transfer; and even better yet, ask for the names, phone numbers and e mail addresses of at least three (3) satisfied pet owners who have purchased from the alleged dealer/broker.
