... and, he had wired money to a total stranger in another country for three monkeys .. had the gentleman checked with CFIA .. the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the equivalent of the USDA here in the United States .. he would have found that the importation of monkeys into Canada is severly regulated by CFIA.
